This Privacy Policy explains how Lukro, operated by Lukro ("we", "us"), handles personal information when you use our website and service. We keep this short and specific on purpose.

1. Information we collect

Account information, your email address and authentication details, managed through our auth provider (Supabase).
Content you submit, the products, descriptions, images, and competitors you enter to generate reports.
Generated data, the reports, saved ads, and competitor records tied to your account.
Payment information, handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we receive limited billing details and a customer/subscription identifier.
Usage & device data, basic logs and analytics such as pages visited, actions taken, approximate location from IP, and browser type, used to run and improve the Service.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service, run searches, generate reports, and store your data.
To process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud.
To secure, maintain, debug, and improve the Service.
To communicate with you about your account, support, and important changes.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI processing

To generate reports, the content you submit and the ad data we collect are sent to third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic and OpenAI) for analysis. We send only what's needed to produce your report. These providers process the data on our behalf and under their own terms; we do not permit them to use your content to train their models where an opt-out is available to us.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate:

Supabase, database, authentication, and storage.
Stripe, payment processing and subscription billing.
Anthropic & OpenAI, AI analysis for report generation.
Railway & Vercel, application hosting and delivery.
Authorities or third parties where required by law, or to protect our rights and users.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records (for example, billing records for tax and accounting).

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and row-level access controls so that your data is only accessible to your account. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email lukroapp@gmail.com. You can also cancel and remove most of your data directly from your account settings.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run the Service, and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break sign-in.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. We'll revise the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
